A sold-out hit that extended several times during its initial Off-Broadway run at New York’s Public Theater, Well is Lisa Kron’s two-handed personal, emotional and hilarious exploration of her relationship with her elderly mother. Jayne Houdyshell reprises her praised performance as the mother alongside Kron, who is also known from her work with The Five Lesbian Brothers.
