Jesse Cline directs with choreography by Dann Dunn and music direction by Tom Fosnocht.
The cast includes Schyler Conaway as Melchior, Jack Raymond as Moritz, Erin Burniston as Wendla, Michael Doherty as Georg, Ryan T. Streit as Ernst, Mason Quilty as Hanschen, Patrick Roberts as Otto, Jennifer Bissell as Ilse, Jessica O’ Brien as Martha, Justina Ercole as Anna and Victoria Mayo as Thea. Michelle Eugene and John D. Smitherman will take on the Adult roles.
The ensemble consists of Lauren Cupples, JP Dunphy, Christopher Infantino and Susan Wefel.
Based on Frank Wedekind’s 1892 play, the musical, according to press notes, focuses "on a group of German students as they come of age, exploring their sexuality, morality, and desire to be heard amongst a world of unresponsive adults." Duncan Sheik composed the music, with Steven Sater writing the book and lyrics.
