The 2004 free reading series is set to take place Sept. 1-22 at The Public Theater — where the company is once again in residence.
Among the playwrights to present developing works include Rebecca Cohen, Gian DiDonna, Robert Glaudini, Carson Kreitzer, Padraic Lillis, Charles L. Mee, Megan Mostyn-Brown, Michael Puzzo, Joe Quintero and José Rivera. LAB co-artistic directors (and well-known actors) Philip Seymour Hoffman (Long Day's Journey Into Night) and John Ortiz (Anna in the Tropics) are among the directors to stage the readings.

LAByrinth's 13th season includes the world premieres of John Patrick Shanley's Sailor's Song, José Rivera's Massacre (Sing to Your Children) and Stephen Adly Guirgis’ The Last Days of Judas Iscariot.
