Lenny & Lou are not the kind of folks with whom one would want to spend an evening. They've broken nearly every Commandment from honoring their parents (they've killed their mom) to adultery, while shamelessly engaging in sibling rivalry and sex.

But brothers Lenny and Lou are the center of Ian Cohen's new dark comedy, set for a Bare Bones production at New York City's Lark Theatre Company Feb. 8-12. Steven Williford (Pera Palas, A Hole in the Dark) directs.

Cohen won the Lark's 1998 Playwrights Week with his play God's Creatures. Other works include The Desert, Luna Park and The Chemistry Club.

Lenny & Lou features Jeanine T. Abraham (Exhibit #9), Danielle DiVecchio, Danny Mastrogiorgio, Mary Learson Sharmat and Lenny Venito ("Living in Captivity," "Rounders").

$15 tickets are available by calling (212) 246-2676. The Lark Theatre is located at and on the web at http://www.larktheatre.org. BareBones productions are fully-staged with suggestions of set, lighting, costumes and music. Recent BareBones stagings have included Pera Palas playwright Sinan Unel's Tolstoy's Den, KNEPP and Hilly Hicks Jr.'s A Hole in the Dark.
