Radio station 106.7 Lite FM presents the midday summer series, which highlights current and upcoming musicals on and Off-Broadway. The performances, which launched July 10 at the midtown park, continue Thursdays (12:30 PM-1:30 PM) on The Lawn.

Scheduled to perform July 31 are Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy's Vladmir Dovgan, Anatoliy, Sergey Parshin, Serguei Slavaski, Alexander Tolstikov, Pavel Pozdnyakov and Marco Balestracci, A Tale of Two Cities' Natalie Toro and Kevin Earley, The Little Mermaid's Sierra Boggess, Titus Burgess, Brian D'Addario, Cathyrn Basile, Cicily Daniels, Michelle Lookadoo, Chelsea Morgan Stock and Kay Trinidad as well as Altar Boyz's Michael Kadin Craig, Neil Haskell, Travis Nesbitt, Mauricio Perez and Ravi Roth.

The seventh annual series lineup (subject to change) follows:

 

 

  • July 24 - The Lion King, Vanities, Hairspray, Forbidden Broadway and Godspell
  •  

     

  • July 31 - The Little Mermaid, Altar Boyz, Cirque Dreams: Jungle Fantasy, Jump and A Tale of Two Cities
  •  

     

  • Aug. 7 - Spring Awakening, Gypsy, Xanadu, Mary Poppins and Wicked
  •  

     

  • Aug. 14 - Grease, Young Frankenstein, Rent, Legally Blonde and 13
  •  

     

  • Aug. 15 - The Lion King, Vanities, Hairspray, Forbidden Broadway and Godspell (rescheduled from July 24) Bryant Park is located just behind the New York Public Library on Sixth Avenue between 40th and 42nd Streets. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
