Kelly Ripa will host the tenth annual ceremony, which will be filmed April 14 in New York City. The TV Land Awards will air April 29.
"Laverne & Shirley" starred Marshall as Laverne, Williams (The Drowsy Chaperone) as Shirley, Lander as Squiggy and McKean (The Best Man) as Lenny. The sitcom—a spin-off of "Happy Days"—was broadcast on ABC from 1976-1983.
The Fan Favorite Award, selected each year by TV Land, honors shows that have "won the hearts of television viewers, with characters who became our friends, stories we could all relate to and irresistible laughs." Previous recipients include "Family Ties," "The Love Boat" and "Home Improvement," among others.
