Carlos Alazraqui, voice of the Taco Bell chihuahua, and "Dharma & Greg"'s Mimi Kennedy are two of the top guest panelists at Backstage West's Actorfest, being held May 6 at Los Angeles' Hilton Universal City & Towers.
