The musical, which brought in $1,522,003 for the week ending Dec. 1, is now offering evening performances at 7:30 PM rather than the traditional 8 PM. The new performance schedule, which began Dec. 2, follows: Tuesday-Saturday at 7:30 PM with matinees Wednesday and Saturday at 2 PM and Sunday at 3 PM.

Directed by Charles Randolph-Wright, Motown, according to press notes, is the "real story of the one-of-a-kind sound that hit the airwaves in 1959 and changed our culture forever. This exhilarating show charts Motown Founder Berry Gordy's incredible journey from featherweight boxer to the heavyweight music mogul who launched the careers of Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye and many more."

The production features choreography by Patricia Wilcox and Warren Adams, scenic design by David Korins, costume design by Tony Award nominee ESosa, lighting design by Tony Award winner Natasha Katz, sound design by Tony Award nominee Peter Hylenski, projection design by Daniel Brodie, arrangements and orchestrations by Ethan Popp, who also serves as music supervisor, co-orchestrations and additional arrangements by Bryan Crook, dance arrangements by Zane Mark and music direction by Joseph Joubert.

Motown plays The Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street). Tickets, priced $72-$167, are available by calling Ticketmaster at (877) 250-2929 or visiting
