Marzullo accompanies the line-up of performers including Carolyn Cole, Dana Musgrove, Ashley Pankow, Javier Ignacio and Chris Pinnella. Paul Staroba is musical director for the 7 PM performance. In addition to his work as musical director and conductor for numerous Broadway productions, Marzullo contributed songs to Songs from an Unmade Bed and The Audience. Four-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald has recorded his songs "Burning the Sauce," "I Hid My Love," and "Some Days."

According to press notes, "The New Voices series gives a platform for those struggling to be heard to get the opportunity to work alongside Broadway talent and some of today’s most exciting theatre composers and lyricists of our generation." Composer Scott Alan produces the series.
