The 8Players experience is described as such: "Connect with like-minded New Yorkers in a way you’ve never experienced. Shed your skin and step into a customized immersive night in which plots unfurl and secrets are kept. 8Players is a trip out of reality custom-built for every group who enters. As each 8Players approaches, the production is tailored to each audience member. Arrive at an undisclosed location and be inducted into a scenario starring you and an intimate few strangers. Revel in a heightened cinematic narrative and lose your inhibitions. With only space for 8 audience-participants ('players'), embark on a socially adventurous night out."
There are several available genres to choose from, including Girls Boarding School Melodrama, '80s Erotic Thriller and '90s Teen Horror.
No acting experience is necessary to participate. Participants ("players") are encouraged to come alone or in a pair.
