Tony and Emmy Award winner Christopher Plummer is among the honorees of New York Stage and Film's annual winter gala, which is scheduled for Dec. 4 at the Plaza Hotel.

Plummer, who earned Tony Awards for Cyrano and Barrymore, will be honored alongside Cherry Lane Theatre artistic director Angelina Fiordellisi and producer/writer/director Matt Williams.

“We are honored and delighted to have the opportunity to pay tribute to Christopher Plummer, Angelina Fiordellisi and Matt Williams," NYSF artistic director Johanna Pfaelzer said in a statement. "Christopher is, of course, one of the truly great actors of our time, whose commitment to storytelling in all forms is unparalleled. We have been fortunate to have Angelina and Matt participate in New York Stage and Film's programming a number of times throughout the years. Together and separately they have done so much to further the creation of new stories for theater, film and television, and been deeply committed to mentoring new generations of artists."

Proceeds will benefit NYSF's development of new work for theatre and film. Stage productions developed through their initiatives include Tru, Side Man, Doubt, The Nightingale, February House, Umbrage and F2M.
