News Nikki Snelson Is Choreographic Consultant for Premier Theatre's Legally Blonde; Casting Announced Nikki Snelson, who originated the role of Brooke in the Broadway production of Legally Blonde The Musical, is the choreographic consultant for the Premier Theatre’s upcoming production of that musical, which begins performances April 20 at the Paramount Theatre in New Jersey.

Directed and produced by Mark Fleming with musical direction by Robert Sammond, performances will continue through April 22.

The cast will be headed by Caitlin Chelednik as Elle Woods with Mary Lawrence (Paulette), Brandon O'Sullivan (Emmett), Ryan Sabatos (Professor Callahan), Matthew C. Whelan (Warner), Samantha Hennin (Vivienne), Lauren Tuzzo (Brooke), Perri Lauren (Serena), Meredith Therrien (Pilar), Christie Dabreau (Margot), Jaime Mazza (Enid) Kendra Zimmer (Kate), Rocco Barardi (Kyle B. O'Boyle) , Jennifer Ravalli (Chutney), Kevin Ray Johnson (Nikos/Grandmaster Chad), Justin Friedman (Carlos/Aaron), Caitlin Brown (Ensemble/Dance Captain) and Christina Brown (Ensemble/ Dance Captain).

The production will also feature costume design by Kitty Cleary.

Based on the hit movie, Legally Blonde The Musical, press notes state, is a "fresh and effervescent evening of musical fun, stylishly wrapped up in a smart pink bow! Elle Woods is the college sweetheart and homecoming queen who doesn't take no for an answer. So when her boyfriend, Warner, dumps her for someone ‘serious’, Elle puts down the credit cards, hits the books, and heads for Harvard Law School. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style." The musical features music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin and a book by Heather Hach.
