LOS ANGELES -- Eileen Barnett, widely recognized by musical theatre audiences for her work on Broadway in Tommy Tune's Nine opposite Sergio Franchi and for her many national tours, regional and Off-Broadway appearances, will appear live at the Cinegrill nightclub Sunday Oct. 4 at 8 PM.
The gala performance coincides with the release of her new CD Eileen Barnett--Live at the Cinegrill, which was recorded last November. It contains songs by Irving Berlin, Rodgers and Hart, and Jerome Kern, among others.
Barnett's local stage roles include Radio Gals, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Movie Star, Queen of the Stardust Ballroom and Rumors.
The Cinegrill is located in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, 7000 Hollywood Blvd. Tickets are $15. Call (213) 466-7000.
