New Jersey Rep has been offering readings and short runs all summer at its spaces at 179 Broadway in Long Branch, NJ. About Anne... chronicles the poet's life "through her poems."

Jens played the actress Sarah Bernhardt in John Murrell's Memoir at NJ Rep in fall 1999. She has also enjoyed a long career on Broadway. In addition to being an original member of the Lincoln Center Repertory Theatre, where she appeared in the inaugural production of After the Fall, Tartuffe, Mary Stuart, and others, she performed leading roles in Broadway shows such as Far Country, Patriot for Me and A Lie of the Mind. Jens' extensive work on television includes the eight hour narration of The Great War for PBS. In 1997 she co-starred Paula Prentiss in the world premiere of Casey DeFranco's Angel's Share at Los Angeles' Tiffany Theatre.
