The New York Friars Club, legendary clubhouse of the late Henny Youngman and countless other comics and performers, will hold a roast Mar. 16 for actor James Naughton, a Tony winner for City of Angels and Chicago. Nathan Lane will host the event. Among those scheduled to perform are Ann Reinking, Dixie Carter, Cy Coleman, Fred Ebb, Marcia Lewis and Phoebe Snow. In addition, Paul Newman -- Naughton's friend and Connecticut neighbor -- will speak.
Proceeds for the event will go the The Lighthouse and to Newman's Hole in the Wall Gang.
