News O'Hara and Naughton to Join Guettel for Weston Playhouse Benefit Tony Award-winning composer Adam Guettel will lead a benefit concert for Vermont's Weston Playhouse Sept. 22.

The Weston Playhouse, which recently staged a chamber version of Guettel's Tony-winning musical The Light in the Piazza, welcomes the composer for a "refreshingly short evening of wine and song," according to a press release. Guettel will be joined by Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara, who starred in the Broadway production of The Light in the Piazza, as well as Anna Bergman, Mary Cleere Haran, Greg Naughton, Amanda Watkins, and pianists Adam Ben David and Rob Schwimmer.

The 8 PM concert, to be held at Weston's Old Parish Church, promises a selection of favorite songs from each artist's repertoire. The evening serves as a benefit for both Vermonters for a Clean Environment and the Weston Playhouse Theatre Company.
