News Orfeh Will Be Part of Ladies Night for Rosie's Broadway Kids Orfeh, most recently on Broadway in Legally Blonde: The Musical, will lend her talents to an upcoming evening to benefit Rosie's Broadway Kids.

As previously announced, Ladies Night for Rosie's Broadway Kids will be held June 29 at the Maravel Arts Center in Manhattan. The evening will kick off at 7 PM with a reception/tour of the school, followed by the 7:30 PM performance.

Ladies Night will boast the talents of Orfeh as well as the previously reported Kathy Brier ("One Life to Live," Hairspray), Anika Larsen (All Shook Up, Xanadu, Avenue Q) and Andrea McArdle (Annie, Les Miserables, State Fair). (Liz Callaway, who had been scheduled to be part of the evening, had to withdraw due to the recent death of her father.)

Jeff Biering will be the evening's musical director. Producers are Michael Lee Scott and Colin Sheehan.

Orfeh is a 2007 Tony Award nominee for her performance as Paulette in Legally Blonde. She has also appeared on Broadway in Saturday Night Fever, Fascinating Rhythm and Footloose and Off-Broadway in Love, Janis. Her television credits include "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," "Sex & the City" and "Chappelle's Show." Orfeh was also founder and lead singer of the group Or-N-More on EMI Records. Her new CD is titled "What Do You Want From Me" (Sh-K-Boom Records).
