News   Pennsylvania Ballet Launches YouTube Channel Pennsylvania Ballet has launched its own YouTube channel, which will offer viewers an insider's look at one of the country's premier ballet companies.

The company's artistic director, Roy Kaiser, is involved in the creation of the site's content, which allows those involved with Pennsylvania Ballet productions the chance to elaborate on their creative process.

Those who visit www.youtube.com/pennsylvaniaballet can expect to enjoy videos that explore the rehearsal process as well as dancer and choreographer interviews, performance footage and previews of Pennsylvania Ballet productions.

In a statement artistic director Kaiser said, "We want to give viewers a 24/7 look at Pennsylvania Ballet – its artists, our process both onstage and in the rehearsal studios." Kaiser collaborated with filmmaker Cameron Zonfrilli of Parlay Films to realize his artistic vision for the YouTube channel. The first video provides an introduction to the acclaimed company.

New videos and additional content will be added every few weeks. Subscribers to the channel will also receive notifications about special events, upcoming performances and other insider information.
