Celebrating Tony Award Winner Alice Ripley


Ripley, who won a Tony Award for her work in Next to Normal, has worked steadily in the theatre and in concert venues since the beginning of her career.

Alice recently played the role of religious fanatic Margaret White in the cult-favorite musical Carrie in Seattle. Broadway credits include Side Show; The Rocky Horror Show; James Joyce's The Dead; Sunset Boulevard; and The Who's Tommy.

Ripley has starred Off-Broadway in Cather County; The Vagina Monologues; A Civil War Christmas; and Wild Animals You Should Know.

Regional credits include Clybourne Park; Company; Tell Me On A Sunday; Carousel; and Silent Edward.

On the horizon in 2014 is a new independent film called "Sugar!". Alice will not only star in the film, but contribute original music as well.
