The yearly honor is "bestowed to directors and choreographers by members of their own artistic industry" and is considered the only such lifetime achievement award in the industry. Kathleen directed and choreographed last season's Wonderful Town, while Rob scored big hits with Cabaret and the film version of "Chicago."
