Rubin is holding the Mayor's proclamation naming Jan. 25 Kids Night on Broadway. Despite a snow storm, Kids Night on Broadway and its Fan Fair went on Jan. 25. The program, with its "buy one adult ticket, get a child's free" offer, turned four years old in 2000, having enabled over 150,000 children across the United States to see a Broadway or touring show.
