Edward Albee's Occupant, starring Mercedes Ruehl and Larry Bryggman, is currently making its world premiere Off-Broadway.

Pam MacKinnon directs the production, which plays the Signature Theatre Company's home at the Peter Norton Space.

"Edward Albee's Occupant is a portrait of acclaimed sculptor Louise Nevelson and a quest to capture a charismatic and complex artist and persona," according to show notes. "What is the relationship between creator and creation? Who was Louise Nevelson? Only she knew."
