Michael Mayer directed and Michele Lynch choreographed the new work co-written by Scott with Dick Scanlan. The show plays at Roundabout Theatre Company's American Airlines Theatre.
Everyday Rapture is characterized as "a young woman's psycho-sexual-spiritual journey on the rocky path that separates her mostly Mennonite past from her mostly Manhattan future."
Scott is joined on Broadway by original Off-Broadway castmates Eamon Foley, Lindsay Mendez and Betsy Wolfe.
The Broadway revival starring Steve Carell and William Jackson Harper opened April 24. Laurence Fishburne and Edie Falco were among those in attendance.
