The concert was created by the husband and wife team of John Pizzarelli and Jessica Molaskey, the son and daughter-in-law of Bucky Pizzarelli, who also served as co-artistic directors for the piece.

Pizzarelli and Molaskey were joined by Judy Kuhn and Darius de Haas, with a special appearance by Bucky Pizzarelli himself. The artists were backed by Larry Fuller (piano), Tony Tedesco (drums), Martin Pizzarelli (bass), Ken Peplowski (woodwinds) and Aaron Weinstein (violin).
