The show's opening on July 22 will make it the first musical to open this Broadway season. Based on the comedy by Aristophanes, it features a cast of 27. Providing the choreography and direction is Tony winner Susan Stroman (The Producers).
The Frogs has settings by Giles Cadle, lights by Kenneth Posner, costumes by William Ivey Long, and sound by Scot Lehrer. The production is scheduled to run through October 9 at Lincoln Center's Vivian Beaumont Theatre.
