In the Heights creator-star Lin-Manuel Miranda celebrated his departure from the Tony Award-winning musical as the show hit its first year on Broadway Feb. 15.

Miranda earned Tony nominations for his work as Usnavi as well as his score for the musical, winning for the latter (the show also took home the top prize of Best Musical). His understudy Javier Muñoz assumed the role of Usnavi Feb. 16.

The cast and company celebrated the show's first anniversary at Havana Central on West 46th Street following Miranda's final performance at the Richard Rodgers Theatre.
