News PHOTO CALL: Theatre Veterans Toast Arthur Miller’s 90th Birthday at the Player’s Club A host of the American theatre’s most celebrated talents gathered at the Player’s Club off Gramercy Park on Oct. 17 to celebrate the birth 90 years earlier of titanic playwright Arthur Miller.

The work of Miller, who passed away on February 11, is a cornerstone of American dramatic writing. His many milestone works include The Crucible, A View From the Bridge, All My Sons and Death of a Salesman, among numerous others. Below, Roberta Wallach, Marian Seldes, Bob Dishy, Anne Jackson, Eli Wallach and Joan Copeland gather around a birthday cake to celebrate Miller's 90th birthday with a reading at the Food For Thought series, hosted by the Players Club, located at 16 Gramercy Park in New York City.
