Alexander Hanson, who reprised his London performance as Fredrick Egerman in the last Broadway revival of A Little Night Music when the Menier Chocolate Factory production transferred to New York, plays Pilate, joining the previously announced principals Tim Minchin as Judas, Melanie Chisholm as Mary Magdalene and Chris Moyles as King Herod, with Ben Forster, chosen by public vote on ITV's Superstar casting program, as Jesus.
Fellow Superstar finalists Jeff Anderson and Tim Prottrey-Jones appear in the ensemble with Pete Gallagher as Caiaphas, Gerard Bentall as Annas, Micahel Pickering as Peter and Giovanni Spano as Simon Zealotes.
