News   PHOTO CALL: True West And American Buffalo Attend Mamet Opening Jan. 12 The Jan. 12 opening night performance of Sexual Perversity in Chicago and The Duck Variations was visited by performers from two anticipated revivals - Broadway's True West and Off-Broadway's American Buffalo. At left are John C. Reilly ("Magnolia," "Boogie Nights") and recent movie darling, Philip Seymour Hoffman ("The Talented Mr. Ripley," "Magnolia"), who will bring Sam Shepard's True West to Broadway in the spring. At right, Philip Baker Hall and Atlantic Theatre co-founder William H. Macy ("Fargo") will star in the Atlantic's revival of American Buffalo, beginning performances in March after a run in London.
