The production, which had originally been scheduled to run through Sept. 5, recently announced an extension to Sept. 12. Peter DuBois, who staged Second Stage's Becky Shaw, directs.
"Harry is rich," according to production notes. "Harry is married. But when Harry doesn't trust any of it is enough, he looks to find something real in the most unlikely of places." The dark comedy "explores the corrosive effect of power on relationships and the hope we need to make them better."
The production will include Bernstein’s incidental music for Lillian Hellman’s adaptation of The Lark, and Menotti’s The Unicorn, The Gorgon, and The Manticore.
