Lisa Edelstein, formerly "Doctor Cuddy" of FOX's "House," visited Spider-Man on Aug. 14 and met backstage with star Reeve Carney along with some pint-sized guests.

Edelstein was most recently seen on FOX's hit drama "House" as Doctor Lisa Cuddy, Dean of Medicine and on-again-off-again romantic interest of lead character Doctor Gregory House (Hugh Laurie).

Edelstein is also known for her guest appearances on "The West Wing," "Seinfeld," "Ally McBeal" and more. This television season, she will be joining the cast of the hit CBS series, "The Good Wife" as a "lawyer and born poker player whose sexiness is enhanced by her obvious intelligence."

Here's a look at Edelstein and guests back stage at Spider-Man:

Spider-Man, according to press notes, "follows the story of teenager Peter Parker, whose unremarkable life is turned upside-down when he's bitten by a genetically altered spider and wakes up the next morning clinging to his bedroom ceiling. This bullied science-geek suddenly endowed with incredible powers soon learns, however, that with great power comes great responsibility as villains put both his physical strength and strength of character to the test."
