Premium Bob, the critically acclaimed theatrical comedy duo, has extended its new show, Manhunt, at Off-Broadway's Kaufman Theatre to April 17. The show was only supposed to run for 16 performances (March 10-28); now 15 more have been added. The show officially opened March 22. On their latest journey through the land of American pop culture, two Bobs -- David Latham and Paul Boocock -- once again pursue the ever-slippery changeling Dobie McDobie, and encounter a bizarre array of characters, from bad poets and spit-juggling Ukrainians to Aspen ski junkies and absent-minded fathers who accidentally crucify their kids on backyard swing sets. For the grand finale, Premium Bob boast that they unmask "one of America's most beloved sports figures."
Manhunt is written by Latham and directed by Gary Schwartz. The set is by Sean McCarthy, lighting by Jeff Croiter, and sound by John Colins. For information and tickets, call (212) 216-9596.
