PlayBlog Priscilla Queen of the Desert Will Perform on "America's Got Talent" Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Broadway's new musical currently playing at the Palace Theatre, is scheduled to perform on NBC's "America's Got Talent" July 13 at 9 PM ET.

Will Swenson, who plays Tick/Mitzi, and other members from the Priscilla Queen of the Desert gang will perform a medley of songs from the production, including "Finally," "Shake Your Groove Thing," and "MacArthur Park."

Priscilla stars Swenson, 2011 Tony Award nominee Tony Sheldon (Bernadette) and Nick Adams (Adam/Felicia) as "the trio of friends on a heart-warming, uplifting adventure. [They] hop aboard a battered old bus searching for love and friendship in the middle of the Australian outback and end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed."

"America's Got Talent" features performers from across the country competing for celebrity judges Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan. The series features a colorful variety of hopeful stars, including singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists, jugglers, magicians and ventriloquists, all vying for their chance to strut and perform on stage hoping to win America's hearts - and the one million dollar prize.
