News Public Theater Benefit to Honor Top Theatre Lawyer John Breglio, July 15 A July 15 gala benefit for the Public Theater and Shakespeare in Central Park will honor John Breglio, arguably the New York theatre world's most prominent lawyer.

The event will take place at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, beginning with a 6 PM dinner. A performance of Henry V, the Public's park offering this year, follows, with an opening night party directly after. Henry V, starring Liev Schreiber and directed by Mark Wing Davey, officially opens on July 15. Tickets start at $500 (for a single ticket to the show) and go up to $25,000 for "a premium table of ten for dinner, ten VIP performance tickets, the post-performance reception with the cast, and recognition in the Official Program as Vice Chair."

Breglio is Partner and Chairman of the Entertainment Division of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He represents many of the top theatres, artists and organizations in the theatre. Among his clients are Bernadette Peters, Stephen Sondheim, August Wilson, Manhattan Theatre Club, Second Stage, Playwrights Horizon, Goodman Theatre and, not incidentally, the Public Theater.
