The NYPD and the Times Square Business Improvement District (TS-BID) have issued a routine traffic alert for the Theatre District effective May 2 at 11 AM. At that time, on Father Duffy Square (Broadway at W. 46 St.), a rededication of the Father Duffy Memorial will take place featuring New York City Mayor Giuliani. Traffic delays are expected as a result. Wednesday matinee theatre patrons may wish to adjust their travels and parking plans accordingly.
