News Rent's Link to Star in Rock Musical All Good Things Ryan Link, who recently starred as Roger in the Broadway company of Rent, will be part of the premiere of the new rock musical All Good Things next month.

Based on the rock group The Remains, All Good Things will play the International Fringe Festival Aug. 13-17. Link will co-star with Anthony Rand, Bill Galarno, Clayton Fletcher, Daniel Hall, Jay Strauss, Dorothy Abrahams, Dina Drew, Melanie McCarthy, Michelle Pruett, Jay Greenberg, Michael James Stamberg, Jason Summers and Daryl Wein.

David Roth will direct the new musical, which features a book by Michael Eric Stein and a score by The Remains.

The Remains, who appeared on "The Ed Sullivan Show" and opened for the Beatles' final concert, disbanded on the brink of stardom. All Good Things, according to production notes, "offers a close-up, inside look at the creative and business experiences of a unique band attempting to incorporate these new influences while making its own distinctive mark on the rock music scene."

Ryan Link joined the tour of Aida in Sept. 2002. Previously Link was a singer and musician, most recently fronting the Boston power-pop band Miss Fortune. A graduate of the University of Washington, Link has appeared in the independent films "Nocturne" and "Departure." Rent marked his Broadway debut.
