John Treacy Egan, who currently plays crooked producer Max Bialystock in the Broadway company of The Producers, offers his own show at the Ars Nova Nov. 19 and 20.

Entitled Rudolph Unplugged, the two-night engagement of the holiday show will be presented at 8 PM. The musical evening is based on the classic 1964 animated film "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and, according to press notes, "dares to ask that oh-so-obvious question, 'Where are they now?'" John Treacy Egan has played the roles of Max, Roger DeBris and Franz Liebkind in The Producers, and he also appears in the film version of the musical hit. He was an original cast member in the Broadway mounting of Jekyll & Hyde, and his other theatrical credits include tours of Kiss Me, Kate and Cats and the Off-Broadway staging of Bat Boy. Egan's TV credits include "Law & Order" and "As the World Turns."

The Ars Nova is located in Manhattan at 511 West 54th Street. Tickets, priced at $15, are available by calling (212) 868-4444 or by visiting www.smarttix.com.
