News Sister Act's Aléna Watters Hosts July 25 Monday Nights, New Voices Concert Monday Nights, New Voices, the acclaimed concert series founded by composer Scott Alan to "showcase some of today's brightest new talent in New York," continues its eighth and final season July 25 at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre.

In addition to spotlighting up-and-coming talent, the final season is welcoming back many of the series' successful alumni as hosts. Hosting the fourth concert of the season is Aléna Watters, who currently stars as Tina in Broadway's Sister Act and who appeared in the April 10, 2006, New Voices concert.

The 7 PM concert features the work of composer Joey Contreras, who will accompany the performers on selections from his songbook. Vocalists include Cari Leigh Chrisostomou, Sevan Greene, Chloe Jean, Louise Stewart and Hernando Umana.

Chris Kong is the musical director.

Aléna Watters has also been seen on Broadway in West Side Story and The Addams Family.

Scott Alan's newest recording, "What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up," is now available on CDbaby.com, Amazon.com and iTunes. "What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up" follows Alan's earlier studio recordings, "Dreaming Wide Awake" and "Keys."
