Soho Rep will present readings of the plays that came out of its 2000-01 Writer/Director lab throughout the month of May. The series of events began on May 6 with a reading of Suitcase, written by Melissa James Gibson. Soho Rep recently announced that Suitcase will be fully produced by the company this fall.
The remaining schedule goes as follows:
May 15: Apparition by Anne Washburn, directed by Linsay Firman
May 20: Blank Dragon Sky by Madelyn Kent, directed by Laramie Dennis
May 27: The Mercy Seat by Colin Hodges, directed by Anne Kaufman
Date TBA: The Vomit Talk of Ghosts by Kevin Oakes, directed by Keith Geller
