"The Monkey's Paw," adapted by Macon Blair from a short story by W.W. Jacobs, will also feature Michelle Pierce, Tauvia Dawn, Tony Award nominee Charles S. Dutton (The Piano Lesson, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom) and C.J. Thomason. Brett Simmons directs.
The project, produced by Ross Otterman for TMP Films, centers on Jake Tilton (Thomason), who acquires a "monkey's paw" talisman that grants three wishes and resurrects his co-worker Tony Cobb (Lang) from the dead.
The film will premiere on Chiller in 2013.
Lang, who was nominated for a Tony Award in 1991 for his performance in The Speed of Darkness, has also been seen on Broadway in Wait Until Dark, Hamlet, A Few Good Men, Death of a Salesman and Saint Joan.
Bleu has also starred in Broadway's In the Heights.
