The series, set to begin June 7, will be in the style of "The Dating Game" with celebrity bachelors and bachelorettes being pursued by unknowns. Cat Deeley will host. Other celebrity contestants include Pauly D, Tyson Beckford, Joe Jonas, Dean Cain, Rob Kardashian, Rocco DiSpirito, Warren Sapp, Finesse Mitchell, Romeo, Jeremy Bloom, Jason Cook, Michael Catherwood, Seth Wescott, Parker Young, Ndamukong Suhm, Dr. Robert Nettles, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Rob Gronkowski, Steven Lopez, Carmen Electra, Hope Dworaczyk, Rima Fakih and Sophie Monk.
Hicks was named "American Idol" in 2006, besting runner-up Katharine McPhee ("Smash"). Following his "Idol" win, Hicks signed a recording contract with 19 Records Limited/Arista Records. His debut album, "Taylor Hicks," debuted in the #2 spot on the Billboard 200 charts and was later certified as a platinum album. As previously reported, he has signed on with Caesars Entertainment-owned Bally's Las Vegas Hotel and Casino for a three-month residency, which will begin June 26.
