She was the wife of a politico in Marie Christine, he was an immigrant bringing his wife to the midwest in The Immigrant. Together, Mary Testa and Evan Pappas will visit Seth's Rudetsky's weekly cabaret variety show at NYC's Don't Tell Mama, “Seth’s Broadway Chatterbox,” Oct. 12.
Rudetsky, a comedian and writer for Rosie O'Donnell's TV show, hosts his variety show -- the press materials call it a combination of "Mike Douglas, Dr. Seuss and Pee Wee Herman" -- every Thursday at 6 PM. There's a 2-drink minimum, but the $10 cover charge is donated to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
Testa’s other credits include On The Town and A New Brain, while Pappas starred in My Favorite Year.
