PlayBlog "The Apprentice" Takes the Memphis Stage Oct. 28; Trump, Chenoweth, Roth to Appear Contestants on "The Apprentice" will get a special brush with Broadway on an episode airing Oct. 28 at 10 PM ET. They will be challenged with holding backers' auditions for two new Broadway musicals on the stage of the Shubert Theatre, the home of the Tony Award-winning musical Memphis.

"The Apprentice" executive producer and host Donald Trump, Memphis producer John Yanover, Broadway producer Daryl Roth and Promises, Promises star Kristin Chenoweth will judge the competing team's skills at selling their singing and dancing wares.

Memphis earned four 2010 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Original Score (David Bryan and Joe DiPietro), Best Book (DiPietro) and Best Orchestrations (Bryan and Daryl Waters).
