News Theatrical Agent Judy Schoen is Dead at 57 Judy Schoen, a Los Angeles-based theatrical agent who represented Brian Dennehy, Lara Flynn Boyle, Kyle Chandler and others, died Oct. 29 of lung cancer, Variety reported.

Judy Schoen, a Los Angeles-based theatrical agent who represented Brian Dennehy, Lara Flynn Boyle, Kyle Chandler and others, died Oct. 29 of lung cancer, Variety reported. Ms. Schoen, 57, worked at a number of agencies before forming Judy Schoen & Associates in 1988.

The Atlanta native is a former actress who performed at the Alliance Theatre there. She appeared on Broadway in Red and White Maddox at the Cort Theatre.

She was a stage manager and, for the original production of Godspell, served as stage manager, according to Variety.

She later worked at Bret Adams Ltd., Writers & Artists and was an original member of Triad Artists.

She is survived by her mother, a brother, nieces and nephews.
