News Thom Pain (based on nothing) to Play McCarter Theatre in April Two performances of the acclaimed Off-Broadway play Thom Pain (based on nothing) will be presented at the McCarter's Berlind Theatre next month.

Will Eno's one-man show, starring Michael Milligan and directed by Hal Brooks, will play the New Jersey venue April 17 and 18 at 8 PM. Michael Cadden — of Princeton's Program in Theatre and Dance — will moderate post-performance discussions with both playwright Eno and actor Milligan. Thom Pain (based on nothing), according to press notes, "reflects on the beauty and terror of life as an ordinary man muses on childhood, yearning, disappointment, and loss. A treatise on life and love, and the profound terror of same." The play was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in Drama.

The McCarter Theatre is located in Princeton, NJ, at 91 University Place. Tickets, priced $30 and $10 (student tickets with valid ID), are available by calling (609) 258-2787 or by visiting www.mccarter.org.
