PlayBlog Traces Will Perform on July 20 Broadcast of "America's Got Talent" Traces, the acrobatic theatre show by the Montreal-based troupe 7 Fingers, will perform on the NBC reality series "America's Got Talent" July 20 at 9 PM ET.

Traces will make its New York City commercial debut when the production begins previews July 29 at the Union Square Theatre, prior to an official opening Aug. 8. The limited 10-week engagement will conclude Oct. 9.

If the world ended tomorrow, what would you leave behind? In Traces, according to press notes, "the human body is pushed to its limits as a group of friends leave their mark in a run-down warehouse through acrobatics, music, and dance. Fusing the traditions of circus with the energy of street performance, Traces is an explosive display of raw emotion and physicality in an intimate urban setting. When it counts, will you leave it all on the stage?"

"America's Got Talent" features performers from across the country competing for celebrity judges Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan. The series features a colorful variety of hopeful stars, including singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists, jugglers, magicians and ventriloquists, all vying for their chance to strut and perform on stage hoping to win America's hearts - and the one million dollar prize.
