The work made its world premiere Off-Broadway at the Atlantic Theater Company's Stage 2 in January 2007. Remy Auberjonois (The Intelligent Design of Jenny Chow), Susan Blackwell (title of show), Bill Buell (Urinetown) and Michelle Federer (Wicked) were among the cast.
