McPherson's St. Nicholas is the tale of a cantankerous middle-aged theatre critic whose attraction to a beautiful and strange actress seduces him into the world of vampires. Soon enough, he finds himself living with a coven of the creatures, acting as a sort of pimp for their bloody needs, while finding himself addicted to the self confidence they've given him.

Bruce DuBose stars. DuBose took the title role in Undermain's Macbeth and has performed with the Dallas Theatre Center and the Dallas Shakespeare Festival.

Theatre Quorum artistic director Carl Savering directs. Recent credits include Serenading Louie and Jeffrey Hatcher's adaptation of Turn of the Screw.
