News Wallach and Copeland Set for June 20 Food for Thought The Food for Thought series at the Players Club will continue June 20 with an afternoon entitled "Arthur Miller Marvels."

Two newly discovered Miller works — Bulldog and The Performance — will be presented at 1:30 PM. Theatre veteran Eli Wallach will perform Bulldog, while Joan Copeland — who played Miller's mother in The American Clock and is the late playwright's sister — will present The Performance. The Performance, according to press notes, concerns a "tap dancer [who] is asked to dance for the most powerful man in Germany. It is an offer he is frightened to refuse. The year is 1936."

The Food for Thought series begins with lunch at 12:30 PM, followed by the readings and a question-and-answer session at 1:30 PM.

The Players Club is located in Manhattan at 16 Gramercy Park South, on East 20th Street between Park Avenue and Irving Place. For reservations call (212) 362-2560 or (646) 366-9340 or visit www.foodforthoughtproductions.com.
