News War Horse's Matt Doyle Celebrates New EP with Manhattan Concert Aug. 15 Matt Doyle, who is currently starring on Broadway in the Tony-winning War Horse, celebrates the release of his new EP, "Daylight," with an Aug. 15 concert at Le Poisson Rouge in Manhattan.

The concert also features War Horse's Katy Pfaffl, Spring Awakening's Blake Daniel and Anna Ty Bergman. Show time is 10:30 PM.

The recording, which was funded by fans through Kickstarter.com, features tunes co-written by composer/musical director Will Van Dyke as well as a cover of "Lost and Lookin" by Sam Cooke. Recorded in Nashville and New York City, song titles include "My Arms Are Open," "If Morning Can't Wait," "Lost and Lookin'," "What Do You Gain?," "Weigh Me Down" and "Home.

Doyle has also been seen on Broadway in Spring Awakening and Bye-Bye Birdie.
